Live selling run of show

Words in front of the host, minute by minute

Turn a lineup into a session plan, a talk track per product, readable lines for every moment, and the artifacts the room works from.

Written schedule and talk tracks, rendered talking-point and countdown cards, and spoken takes in a selected voice

What a real run of show gives the room

Lines to read, not instructions to interpret

Every cell that reaches the host is a sentence they can say at speaking pace, with the directions kept in a separate cue column.

Placed where the audience actually is

The lineup is ordered by role and the strongest product sits at the traffic peak, with every product returning for viewers who arrived late.

Screened before it reaches the air

Superlatives, unsupported efficacy claims, prices without specifications, and held stock without a release time are caught while the wording is still free to change.

Every session that has to sell

A first-time host

Give someone new a floor to stand on: readable lines, a schedule, and takes that demonstrate the pace.

Brand-owned streams

Keep several hosts saying the same thing about the same products across sessions.

New-product and clearance sessions

Build the urgency from real stock and real timing rather than improvising pressure on air.

Start with the lineup

The category and the products you are featuring

Each featured product needs its regular price and live price, because the offer is framed as the gap between them.

  • Category or session theme
  • Featured products
  • Regular price and live price
  • Stock, when the urgency runs on quantity

Four written pieces

Schedule, tracks, lines, and a compliance pass

A minute-by-minute session plan, seven steps per product, twelve categories of readable lines, and a wording review.

  • Minute-by-minute schedule
  • Seven-step product talk track
  • Twelve line categories
  • Compliance pass

What the room holds

Cards and spoken takes

Talking-point and countdown cards for the host and floor manager, and takes of the lines that depend on delivery.

  • Talking-point card per product
  • Countdown card per anchor
  • Spoken takes in a chosen voice
  • Prices and specifications straight off your lineup

Questions

What do I need to start?
The category or theme of the session, and at least one featured product with its regular price and live price. Platform, session length, and who is on air are optional — leave them out and the plan is built for a four-hour session with a host and a floor manager.
Do I get a word-for-word script for the whole session?
The default is four pieces built for use on air: the schedule, a talk track per product, a library of readable lines, and the compliance pass. A full verbatim script for a specific product is written on request — useful for a first-time host, for keeping several hosts consistent, or in a category where wording is screened closely.
What is rendered rather than written?
A talking-point card for each featured product and a countdown card for each anchor, plus spoken takes of the opening, the urgency lines, and the countdown. Each card carries the product name, the selling points, both prices, and the specification in type that reads from across the room.
